Employment Authorization Extension

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Automatically Extends Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) for Six TPS-Designated Countries:

AILA notes, that DHS is automatically extending the validity of certain EADs issued under the TPS designations for El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, Nepal, Nicaragua, and Sudan. DOJ released a chart of EAD expiration dates that are now valid through January 4, 2021, if they have a category code of A-12 or C-19.  

The link below will direct you to a chart containing information about the automatic extension of employment authorization. Specifically which expiration dates for the codes above are automatically extended through January 4, 2021.
