Vana Karalian- Law Clerk

VanaMs. Karalian is a student at Southwestern Law School and will be graduating in May 2019. She is also a Senior Articles Editor on the Executive Board of Southwestern Journal of International Law Honor’s Program. Prior to joining the Executive Board, Ms. Karalian served as a staff member, where she researched and wrote a scholarly note on refugee crises and the rights of refugees under international and European law.

At the Law Offices of Ally Bolour, Ms. Karalian assists attorneys and clients in a wide variety of immigration matters. These include, but are not limited to, asylum, U-visa, change of status, employment authorization, I-601 waiver, consular processing, fiancé(e) visa, petition to remove conditions on residence, green card renewal and replacement, naturalization, and adjustment of status.

Prior to joining our team, Ms. Karalian served as a law clerk at Southwestern Law School Immigration Law Clinic and at various divisions of Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

Ms. Karalian is fluent in Armenian and intermediate in Arabic and Turkish.

In her spare time, Ms. Karalian enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, hiking, drawing, and baking.
